OPEN COLOR (FIAP and PSA PIDC)
Any photograph that is not monochrome! It includes a monochrome photograph that has seen partially toned or had color added. Any theme are welcome.
OPEN MONOCHROME (FIAP and PSA PIDM)
Any photograph is considered to be Monochrome only if it gives the impression of having no color (i.e. contains only shades of grey which can include pure black and pure white) OR it gives the impression of being a greyscale image that has been toned in one color across the entire image. (For example by Sepia, red, gold, etc.). Any Theme are welcome.
PHOTO TRAVEL (FIAP and PSA PTD)
A Photo Travel image is a portrayal of the real world we live in, as it is found naturally. There are no geographic limitations. Color and Monochrome are allowed.
theme - LIFE (FIAP and PSA PIDC)
Show us human in all situations, such as daily life, street photography, traditions, portrait, people at work, social events, human relations and etc. The main subject in the photo must be one or more human.
Theme Life according to PSA-PIDC, we do not accept monochrome work with the various shades of grey.

- Each photo can be entered in only one section

- We do not allow photos with nude content.

- Maximum 4 photos for each section in JPG file format with 8bits/sRGB.

- Maximum dimensions: 1920 px (Horizontal) and 1080 px (Vertical) in 300 dpi.

- compression 7-12, maximum file size is 2 MB.

- Entrants MUST use only the English alphabet when submitting an entry.

- Each image must have a unique title, no more than 35 characters.

3. ENTRY FEE

5. GROUP ENTRY FEE

The entry fee will be reduced for Group with minimum 6 members.

The fee for a group entry must be paid once by Group Leader, otherwise we cannot allow the discount!.

Entries of group members: The payment instruction should be ignored after the upload. Your fee is to be paid by Leader Group for the whole member list.

Only listed members of a group will count for scoring. You must fill Group Leader Email and group/club name in the entry form.

An entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout two rounds of judging in that section.

The judges will award the acceptances, medals, and honorable mentions of the entered images.

The judges will judge by remote on-line judging with monitor screens in a resolution of 1920 x 1080 px.

The Equipment used will be capable of displaying images at 100% of the resolution.

The special light blue pin (SLBP), to be awarded to the best author, the participant who has achieved the highest number of acceptances across all the sections, will be proclaimed “best author”.

In the event of a tie, the organizer will decide irrevocably taking into consideration eventual attributed awards. In the case of identical top scores all judges will make the final decision. The decision of the judges is final.

Note :

we do not assume any responsibility for customs charges and fees that may occur under any circumstances, It is the award receivers sole responsibility.

If customs charges and additional fees are refused at the time of delivery, we will not resend the awards.

Please use your real address according to your ID Card to facilitate the prosess of sending awards.

9. CATALOG

PDF Downloadable Exhibition Catalog will be published on the website www.hpc2022.hisfajogja.com for download and send to each entrant a mail with the link to download the full catalog.

The catalog will not send as email attachment. Some providers will not deliver huge attachments and the email will be blocked as spam.

10. NOTIFICATION RESULT

Overall RESULT LIST will be Published on the Website on 22 March 2024. Only images with at least one acceptance will be published.

Each participant will receive the REPORT CARD and E-CERTIFICATE of Award and Acceptance that can be downloaded on the website.

The report card contains the acceptances of the images and the ranking of the author’s scores.

11. CONDITION OF ENTRY

IMAGE AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS : This exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the Sponsor or the Exhibition Organizers, in their reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and these ES-COE. Membership in any photographic organization is not required.

Entries will not be accepted from any entrant who has put on the PSA Penalties List for Ethics Violation. Entry fees are not refundable in these circumstances.

PSA Star Ratings : To receive proper Star ratings credit from PSA, entrants must provide their names and country exactly the same way in each exhibition. Aliases are not permitted. Please contact PSA in the event of name changes or relocating to another country. Using one’s name differently in different exhibition exposes the entrant to the risk that many of their acceptances may not be recognized by PSA Star Ratings.

Image Creation : Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally.

Certification : By virtue of submitting an image, the entrant certifies the work as his or her own. Images may not incorporate elements produced by anyone else (for example: clip art, images or art by others downloaded from the Internet). Aliases are not allowed.
